She reviews every contract auditing them for accuracy and completeness. Additionally, Melissa provides education to Realtors of varying levels and consults with them when they need a second option or advocacy in a hard situation.

When not at work, Melissa enjoys giving back to her community, being involved in her church, entertaining, socializing with friends, traveling, boating, skiing, trying new restaurants and most importantly, being with her two young daughters and her husband.
