When it comes to the bottom line of real estate, much of it is tied to the legal documents and the language in them.  As the broker, it is Melissa's obligation to guide our Realtors on best practices on contract terms and language and hold them accountable to our Code of Ethics to assure our agents are representing our clients and market 

When it comes to the bottom line of real estate, much of it is tied to the legal documents and the language in them.  As the broker, it is Melissa's obligation to guide our Realtors on best practices on contract terms and language and hold them accountable to our Code of Ethics to assure our agents are representing our clients and market center in the most ethical way possible.  She reviews every contract auditing them for accuracy and completeness.  Additionally, Melissa  provides education to Realtors of varying levels and consults with them when they need a second option or advocacy in a hard situation. 


With 20 years of experience actively selling real estate full time, Melissa brings a wide range of experience to help guide the market center to success and she loves every minute!  


When not at work, Melissa enjoys giving back to her community, being involved in her church, entertaining, socializing with friends, traveling, boating, skiing, trying new restaurants and most importantly, being with her two young daughters and her husband.

Jason has a big role at the Market Center since we are heavily driven by technology.  He onboards new associates into Command and sets up all technology for them, i.e. printer access, passwords, web pages, etc. He also trains everyone in the Market Center on KW technology.  


Jason supports the rest of the Leadership Team in recruiting top

Jason supports the rest of the Leadership Team in recruiting top agents through sharing the value proposition of KW technology and then training top agents in the use of that technology.


Working with the Team Leader, Jason facilitates tech assessments and reviews the vital signs of the Market Center's technology.  He identifies and understands Market Center tech/Command gaps, and recognizes and creates opportunities to build education to support agents.
