As the broker, it is Melissa's obligation to guide our Realtors on best practices on contract terms and language and hold them accountable to our Code of Ethics to assure our agents are representing our clients and market center in the most ethical way possible. She reviews every contract auditing them for accuracy and completeness. Additionally, Melissa provides education to Realtors of varying levels and consults with them when they need a second option or advocacy in a hard situation.
With 20 years of experience actively selling real estate full time, Melissa brings a wide range of experience to help guide the market center to success and she loves every minute!
When not at work, Melissa enjoys giving back to her community, being involved in her church, entertaining, socializing with friends, traveling, boating, skiing, trying new restaurants and most importantly, being with her two young daughters and her husband.
